After being handed off and shown limited options with no desire to find me the right car, I went elsewhere. The experience with Kyle at Flatirons was night and day. I was only brought solutions and options. Kyle made himself available at any time in the process and was incredibly knowledgeable. He listened to what I was after and tailored my experience to meet my objective to find the right car.
