I found my '13 Honda Civic through Craigslist and Kyle was so much more than helpful throughout the entire process. Setting up a time with him was so easy and we were able to get it looked at by mechanics was so much more than helpful throughout the entire process. Setting up a time with him was so easy and we were able to get it looked at by mechanics we trust just to make sure. He made us aware of a leak in one of the tires, which the dealership fixed the day after I was able to take the car home at no cost. He also followed up with me in the days after to make sure everything was working as it should. Easily the best car-buying experience I've had thus far with such a genuine person. I contacted Flatirons Subaru via email after doing a bunch of research on exactly what I wanted for my new car. I was connected with Kyle. Kyle exceeded my expectations, walked me through all the questions I had and was able to do everything pre-test drive via email, which I preferred. When the car arrived and I was ready to test drive, I made an appointment with him and we took off. I drove off the lot that evening with the car that I wanted and a fair deal. I'd absolutely recommend Kyle to anyone that wants transparency, responsiveness and a great experience when buying a car at Flatirons Subaru. **I also recommend Riley Hogg--he was my Delivery and Encore Specialist.
