Sounds like a cheesy, scripted review, but it's not. I was referred to salesman Daniel Ortiz by a friend. Skeptical of the recommendation as car buying is always a head-ache, I must say I am thoroughly impressed. I purchased a CPO RAM from Daniel, and it was the best car-buying experience I have had (my sixth vehicle in 10 years). I of course had to wheel and deal a little bit, but after a couple hours, the dealership exceeded my OTD expectations, thanks to Daniel going to bat for me with the Sales Manager. The stipulations of my purchase with regards to cosmetics being repaired were all met, above and beyond my expectations. I am very picky with vehicles and Daniel was able to handle all of my requests with (what seemed like) ease. Daniel was very professional, proficient, kind, and had a sense of humor which is a nice change from the typical pushy, dry salesman. I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to work with him. My mother was also in the market for a vehicle and the dealership made a deal with my parents as well, a 10 minute deal, again going above and beyond our expectations. Will refer all friends and family. For service, request that your vehicle be worked on by Kyle Hogg. He has done work on my Charger for years and never disappoints. He takes care of the vehicles and does excellent work. Daniel and Kyle are both great people and I will be a customer of theirs for life.

I am a regular customer and have purchased several vehicles from there.
In the recent past, customer service has been fair at best. Lack of communication, no follow up, extremely disorganized.
This past visit however, I was surprised to have been treated exactly how a customer should be treated. I showed up unannounced with an ignition issue. I was greeted by Service Avisor Jimmy Patton. He immediately spoke with me, listened to my issue, and put me on the list to be serviced without hesitation. Couldn’t have asked for a more polite, respectful, and helpful member of the service team
Kyle Hogg Is normally the person that I request to have my vehicle serviced by. He was the first person to have worked on my vehicle on the date of its purchase having an aftermarket lift and tires /wheels being installed. Several trips back to resolve minor issues Since then which were all identified and corrected with an explanation for cause being given.
These two individuals have set the benchmark for other employees to follow and should be commended for the jobs they have done. As long as they are members of the service department and service my vehicle, I will remain a loyal customer. As for other members of the team, they might want to try and follow their example.
