I live in the Hudson Valley and traveled down to Smythe. when I arrived the sales manager, Phil was ready for me and had assigned a sales rep to me. The car had been prepped and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Kyle Jackson was my amazing rep. I spent over 5 hours at the dealership. they helped me get my insurance set up, worked with Hudson Valley FCU to get my loan set up, drove me to the sister credit union to get the certified check, and then walked me through all the paperwork. They helped me return my rental car, and I was on my way home with my new to me car. All that effort for a 2016 vehicle.Great professionals, cannot recommend them more highly. plus the lounge is super comfy with generous types of snacks around. Fantastic experience! More

Nice, up front pricing and willing to go the extra mile After visiting a number of dealerships for different car manufacturers, I decided I liked the Volvo S60 the best in the price range I was comfortable After visiting a number of dealerships for different car manufacturers, I decided I liked the Volvo S60 the best in the price range I was comfortable with. Finding a Volvo dealer was easy. The dealer near my office was more convenient however, Smythe went the extra mile to win my business and my trust, without the I have to go to my manager BS. I worked with someone who did the pricing and understood my budget concerns. Ultimately, my research had me driving out with a cherry red T5 S60 momentum with a nice feature set that they had on their lot. I had one issue with the seat belt re-tractor which they just fixed today. All good. Nice people, nothing fancy but they gave me a sweet deal and worked with me all the way. Highly recommended. More
