Instead, I was given the time to discuss, in depth, what I was in the market for, what the various options and pros and cons of each model were and encouraged to reach out should I have any further questions. Kyle availed himself to meet, as well as to communicate via text, email or phone and responded expeditiously. There was no high pressure sales approach one comes to expect from a car dealership; an attribute that makes buying a car at Smythe an exception to the rule. More

Amazing experience, from start to driving home. I can tell you, without hesitation, this was by far the best car shopping experience I have had. Throughout my car shopping journey, Kyle really took the time to understand and work with me on what I was looking for, needs I had (multiple kids, dog), and options to consider. Overall, Kyle is a genuine person, someone you can relate to during the process, which ultimately led us to buying from Smythe. But not just Kyle, everyone we met and worked with at the dealership was great, with a 'family-oriented' approach to all conversations. When we came back to get through paperwork, Kyle and Shaun had everything ready to go, no extensive back and forth over "extra stuff", making it extremely seamless. Even with a 2-year old in tow, we were in, signed and driving in less than 30 mins. This is not your typical car dealership, it is so much better.
