I originally had an appt to have my oil changed and tire rotation at 10:30 on Thursday 08.01.24. I arrived at 10:06 and the service rep told me I would be ready to go within 1.5 hours. At 12:05 I asked for rotation at 10:30 on Thursday 08.01.24. I arrived at 10:06 and the service rep told me I would be ready to go within 1.5 hours. At 12:05 I asked for a status on my car as I saw two customers who came in after me leave before me. The rep went out to check and he came back and advised they had not started on my car yet. He gave an excuse that they were just real busy but he could get me in right away. I was aggravated and asked him to give me my car back. He apologized and said he would get me in and out if I wanted to reschedule. I did make another appt for 08.09 for 10:30. The rep remembered me and took my car right in and had me ready to go in 45 min. I appreciate the sense of urgency after the mess up the prior week. More
