Kris and Kyle were extremely helpful and friendly. We felt no pressure in any way to purchase our vehicle. They both gave us space to talk to each other and really look at vehicle without feeling like so felt no pressure in any way to purchase our vehicle. You can truly feel the difference from LeSueur and other car dealerships the minute you walk in the door. It is very laid back and stress-free. We have been bringing our cars to LeSueur for years, so it was time for a new car, they were the first place we looked. I was on a tight budget, but they had a few cars in my price range, 2 of which were J it was time for a new car, they were the first place we looked. I was on a tight budget, but they had a few cars in my price range, 2 of which were Jettas (which I wanted). Being the "diligent" car shoppers we are, my husband and I spent the better part of a day driving around to see the other Jettas all around town. What I found was that none of them compared to the 2 at LeSueur. Plus, I was able to have the peace of mind that our regular mechanics had already checked these cars out and were able to tell us what to expect in terms of maintenance for the next couple years. Everyone was patient with my questions and concerns, and there was ZERO pressure from Kris. I am so happy with my new (used) car! More

Yesterday, I purchased my second vehicle from the LeSueur car company, a 2013 Nissan Altima. I would like to say that this experience was just as great as my first purchase from them, completely painless and car company, a 2013 Nissan Altima. I wish I could say the same about going to the dentist!!! :) I have been to the dealership several times in the last few weeks trying to decide on a new vehicle. Everyone on the entire staff is super friendly, laid back, and always willing to help. They were very patient with me in my search for a new vehicle and and answered every question that I had. Special kudos go out to Ryan Biggs, and Steven, Kyle, Jim, and Kris LeSueur. Over the years the LeSueur family has developed an enviable business model consisting of honesty and integrity. My experience with LeSueur, and specifically Kyle LeSueur was terrific. Very low pressure sales style, very consultative and guiding. We had been shopping for a VW Sportwagen TDI for about a week, and there was terrific. Very low pressure sales style, very consultative and guiding. We had been shopping for a VW Sportwagen TDI for about a week, and there are a limited number of them available in the Phoenix area. I attempted to buy one from another dealer, only blocks from LeSueur and felt the sales tactics cramping my decision. When I found a car at LeSueur via Craigslist, I emailed a low ball offer and got an email back the following day asking if I had some room to play with the offer (aka. I had gone a little to low). I finally stopped in to meet Kyle, and check out the car. Our first meeting ended, with a stalemate on the price point. Not because Kyle hadn't tried aggressively with the pricing, but simply because it was a touch out of my price range. A few hours later, Kyle called me and gave it one last effort, if I brought $1K more to the down payment, they would come down in the price and it would get the monthly where I needed it. It wasn't so much a big discount, it was just an honest effort at working out the numbers to help me get to a payment and term that I felt comfortable with. Then I made one more request to have the car tinted, and Kyle agreed. It was a very pleasant transaction, very friendly shop, very nice and clean dealership too! All in all, a great experience, and I will be back in the future. More

I had a completely enjoyable experience at LeSueur Car Company. Every single employee was super friendly and helpful. The day I bought my vehicle the dealership was extremely busy, but I did not feel rush Company. Every single employee was super friendly and helpful.
