Honest, Low Pressure, Made Car Buying Pleasurable! I was in the market for a late-model used car and some friends had told me about LeSueur. I had previously used the Costco Car buying service and had started that process again, yet at every dealer I went to, I dealt with the annoying sales tactics I was using Costco to avoid (taking forever, insisting I talk to a manager to close the deal that day, steering me towards one or two cars I was not even that interested in, etc.). Not the case at LeSueur. From the time you enter, they help you find a car that is just right for you. They let you test drive as many as you want without the pressure of a salesman in the car with you. Once you decide on the car, you work to finalize the paperwork/deal with basically no pressure and I worked to finalize with Kyle LeSueur who even spent additional time with me comparing the model I decided on to make sure it was the best deal with the best features for my needs as well as reviewing the Carfax and history so I knew exactly what I was getting into. The pricing is clear and fair, you don’t spend all day there, and if you drive and come back later, they won’t barrage you with high-pressure sales tactics. You feel they are honest and family-run actually means something to them, not just a marketing approach. I have now recommended them to several friends and very likely to continue buying cars from them. I absolutely have disdain for the car buying service and this made me like it again! More

This dealership was the most comfortable, convenient, laid back group of professionals we have EVER had the pleasure of working with. We were able to test drive what we were interested in, in a timely manner. We met 1 person we dealt with through the entire transaction. Kyle answered our questions, provided a very transparent deal. He provided us with the numbers, showed us the Carfax and let us see what our finance options would be without even pulling our credit. There was never any pressure. We went and test drove 2 cars, left and had lunch to discuss which fit our families needs best. We came back, we test drove the final decision car one more time to be sure. We filled out a credit application, answered some questions regarding who we wanted our financing to be with and while we waited for the bank to respond, our car was taken to detail and prepped for delivery! This family has it down, the best customer service, fair deals, the LOWEST DOC fee I have ever paid and NO CITY SALES TAX! It’s worth the visit, at least take a test drive. 100 percent this family means business when it comes to a comfortable transaction at a fair price with THE BEST customer service! More

I absolutely loathe spending hours and hours at a dealership and hearing "salesy" pitches and tactics that don't apply or benefit me, the buyer. Kris, Kyle, and the entire staff, both sales and front desk, were extremely helpful, honest, patient, resourceful, and overall such a pleasure to work with! Not only did not have to sit for hours on end at the dealership, but their approach to customers is exactly how every dealership should be - friendly, honest, and to the point! Kris was attentive to all the details of my purchase and he and his staff returned every message and answered every inquiry I had so efficiently. I was able to choose the car I wanted and discuss what those numbers will look like, all before I even test drove the car!!! Once I did arrive, it was as simple as going over what we had discussed, test driving the vehicle, and walking out with my new purchase. I have highly recommended them to family members and friends because everyone looking to make this big a purchase should enjoy every step of it knowing they are well taken care of with attentiveness, honesty, resourcefulness, efficiency, and friendliness! Great no pressure experience! I am a home mechanic and work in Information Technology at a local high school. Anyone who works in education knows that we do not make an abundance I am a home mechanic and work in Information Technology at a local high school. Anyone who works in education knows that we do not make an abundance of money. So I usually buy my cars from private sellers in poor condition and fix them up myself. I wanted a Chevy Volt for my next car. They are very hard to find private party, so for this one I had to look at dealerships. Before buying a car at LeSueur, I had visited several dealerships. I won’t give names, but my first stop was a reputable dealership on Power and 60 area. It was not a present visit to say the least. Sales staff were pushy and knew nothing about the car. I don’t expect them to know everything about every car they sell, but when I called in they said the car was available, but couldn’t find it when I arrived in person. Took 15 minutes to even find the car. Then they tried to sell me another car, even though I specifically said I wanted the volt only. Then their “out the door” price was full of things I didn’t ask for, including extended warranties and other “coverage”. Similar experience at 2 other dealerships. I finally went to LeSueur, and made a purchase, which is prompting me to write this review. Everything was excellent when working with the LeSueur group. The “front office” staff were very kind, had a nice waiting area, and most importantly – great sales staff. I specifically worked with Kyle, he is the man! All of my questions were answered, no feeling of being pressured to buy the car, and got a great price. Let me give a specific example. When we were signing paperwork, one of Kyle’s questions was “would you be interested in an extended warranty”. I said no, and that was it. He did try to sneak it into the price like others, didn’t start asking me why not, or push me into changing my mind. He simply said ok and we moved on. He knew I was not interested, and didn’t try to make me feel uncomfortable when I said I was not interested. I had some follow up questions after I bought the car, which Kyle answered for me and didn’t act inconvenienced. I bought the car “as is” with no warranty, but they said if I have any problems just call and they will do their best to make it right. I feel that the statement was genuine, not just something to get me to buy the car. Let me also point out something about their pricing. Dealer fees are not the same across the board!!! You will save money here vs somewhere else. Doc fee at every dealership I went to was $399-$499. Here it was $199. They are on a county island so taxes are lower too. I paid just over 6% tax here, where every other dealer was in the 9-10% tax range. Sounds like a small difference, but that can save hundreds alone… depending on the cost of the car. Love the new car, and it was so refreshing to work with a dealership that treats their customers with respect rather than just a number. If anything changes, I will be sure to update my review. But I don’t think I will need to. More

What a relief, you meet the sales person, you come to a price.....with the sales person, you do financing with your sales person and you close....with your sales person.....and even after the sale.....you sales person will help you.....even after hours, on the weekend at night. These guys are awesome. We received a fair price (yes, maybe I heft some $$ on the table) but the whole things was hassle free, we were completely satisfied. Low tax area and no out rations "docs" fee and no dealer add ons you didn't want. Had the windows tinted, great job and greater price.....Go there....you will love it! More
