Easiest car purchase ever We were in the market for a specific car as a second vehicle and LeSueur had one we really liked from the description and pictures online so that is h We were in the market for a specific car as a second vehicle and LeSueur had one we really liked from the description and pictures online so that is how we discovered LeSueur. So I placed a call to LeSueur and was put through to Kyle who from that call forward did everything he possibly could to make us happy with the vehicle we wanted and with everything that goes with the purchase of a vehicle. We traveled about 35 miles to see the car and when we arrived there it was not cooling properly so we could not test drive it like we would have liked, (as it was 115 outside) we know Kyle must have felt terrible about this but it happens. But still he offered to get the car in for service and have it delivered to us so we would not have to make the return drive from the west valley to see it again. I said to him,"but I am still not sure if we want it" and he said no problem after they deliver it tomorrow test drive it if you are not happy there will be no hard feeling I will simply have them bring it back.(remember 35 mile each way) if we decide we want to move forward with the purchase they will have the documents to sign with them. Now I am in my 60's and have been purchasing cars both new and preowned for over 40 years and I have never had any dealership go to such measures to make a customer happy as they do at LeSueur. When they advertise that you are treated like family, they truly mean it! I can honestly say that if we find ourselves in the market for a quality preowned vehicle I will look no further than Lesueur. And yes we purchased the vehicle and we are very pleased and would recommend anyone and everyone looking for a quality preowned car and quality, honest,morally responsible service like it used to be then look no further than LeSueur Car Company. Kyle did far more to make this happen and to get this vehicle ready for us than I have time or space to write here but I feel that he is the type of person that does this on a regular basis and not for recognition. More

We drove 3 vehicles, and Kris answered all of our questions while we decided amongst the options. When it came to different options with financing and warranties/add ons, Kris again presented the options and pros and cons with zero pressure to buy. The paperwork took very little time to complete, in fact far less than any other dealership I have ever worked with. We will definitely return in the future! More

Online purchase via Autotrader.com I recently found the car I wanted on Autotrader.com. I used their link to express interest in the car, and almost immediately was contacted by Kyle. I am out of state (California) so this would be a "sight unseen" purchase (also meaning no test drive), which is very scary. I did some research and found LeSueur Car Company to be very reputable with good reviews, so I continued forward. There were tons of pictures of the car, so there were no surprises. Kyle made the entire process super-easy, he sent me all the required paperwork, I mailed them a check back with all the signed papers, my car was put on a truck and BAM! I have a new to me WONDERFUL CAR at what was a VERY reasonable price! Thank you SO MUCH! No wonder you have so many great reviews! I would definitely buy from you again! Keep up the good work! More
