Was always kept in formed with on the status of the vehicle, with no surprises on the bill. Plenty of room in the waiting area for up to 15 people. Only recommendation would be is to have an addition vehicle, with no surprises on the bill. Plenty of room in the waiting area for up to 15 people. Only recommendation would be is to have an additional outside waiting area next to the vehicle drop off area. Been going there since we moved here from Texas 7 years ago. Been highly satisfied the whole time. It has even gotten better in small areas. More

Lojack and associated maintenance programs DO NOT WORK on my Lexus since I've owned the car (3 months) and I have taken my concerns to them multiple times.
