Best service any one could ask for. Call in a few day ahead of time for any service if you need a loaner or not they will take care of you! Only place I trust to take my truck period. Great customer service Had recently our vehicle serviced. I had a schedule conflict picking up my car. I was going to pick up vehicle close to closing time. I was able to pay for it over the phone with my credit card. I work nearby and the service department surprised me by arriving at my work to drop off the vehicle. Communication and perseverence We have a brand new 2017 Malibu and noticed noise in the engine. Making a long story short, it was a bracket connecting the piston rod that was loose We have a brand new 2017 Malibu and noticed noise in the engine. Making a long story short, it was a bracket connecting the piston rod that was loose. It took a month to find it and fix it. But we had a good loaner and the best part was Kyle was in constant communication with us about the progress. He worked hard to identify and then fix it right. He is a true asset to Ray Chevrolet.
