Communication and perseverence We have a brand new 2017 Malibu and noticed noise in the engine. Making a long story short, it was a bracket connecting the piston rod that was loose We have a brand new 2017 Malibu and noticed noise in the engine. Making a long story short, it was a bracket connecting the piston rod that was loose. It took a month to find it and fix it. But we had a good loaner and the best part was Kyle was in constant communication with us about the progress. He worked hard to identify and then fix it right. He is a true asset to Ray Chevrolet.
