Manager.The biggest thing that sets Kyle apart is that he actually listens to and interacts with the customer unlike some others in that Service Dept.I have had some issues in dealing with other people there besides Kyle,but I go straight to George Gigovsky every time I have any issues and it gets handled.After 3+ years of Chevy brand and Ray Chevy Service Department loyalty(not to mention all of the money I have spent on Chevys over those years)I refuse to have any Service issues any more.This is primarily why I go to Kyle(and George of course and will go straight to Ray if need be))and I will continue to do so to ensure that my vehicle is serviced correctly and to my expectations without any attitude or push back.Promote and keep Kyle Miller. More
