Good people, bad service. Everybody who have worked with that this dealership is way nicer then you would expect, they're very informative and they're very helpful. I spent almost $1,300 over for visits within the course of a week and a half. Half of that was trying to fix one problem. It took themthree visits to figure out that I had a misfire, the first two times they thought it was an ABS sensor I had that replace for $400 total. And then I went back a third time because the problem was still there, and they told me I had a misfire. More

Nice to be told after the fact. —told from start I would have to supply ball. None in inventory, at $95 no wonder. —The kicker: tow xxxxx are sold with specific screw thicknesses and lengths. Service, who installed, couldn’t tell me my requirement. Parts, who sold, couldn’t tell me. Manuals, catalogs, google didn’t have answers. “Sorry.” Sorry? —I had to ask for national contact, was given customer service. They took my call on sat a.m. good. But they have to research the answer and get back to me. We’ll see —had I been given the 2” i was promised before and after the sale I would know the answers. I don’t think subaru should sell sonething for which they can’t seem to supply this basic info. Very disappointed and upset. Subaru, really? —Where’s that subaru love when you need it? More
