A slice of perfection. They just make it easy.. normally they pick up/ drop off my car but this particular time I decided to visit. Lot not customer friendly. I was only going in for a sticker, had to back out because there was no place to park along the side, your vehicles were even blocking the aisles. Parked in front of building, and was immediately confronted by a salesman, guess he was looking for a sale. I have a major problem with high pressure salesmen, had a great experience when I purchased my Forester, salesman was not overbearing. After I checked in with service, I walked out to the showroom, the little man who had accosted me outside, already had customers in his chairs, must have been hungry for a sale More

These people are always so happy! I had to have a big service done that was going to take a few hours.
