In the last 3 years, I've leased 2 BMW's from Brandon Giganti at BMW of West St. Louis. Both experiences with him were exceptional. It's a rare thing when you can go to a car dealership without any anxiety or the feeling that you're being taken advantage of. Both times, he made the process effortless and gave me a very fair price without all the haggling and deception. The first time, I ordered a 430xi from the factory, and he did a great job tracking the progress and keeping me updated. The second time, which was just this week, I found the X3 that I wanted in stock. It's so amazing to be able to go in and get a car without having to spend your entire day in an exhausting, nerve wracking process. Turning in my previous lease was a breeze, and then the lease signing process with Bob Whay was a smooth and painless as well, free from pressuring you into buying a bunch of options. Of course the add-on options are offered, but without the aggressive sales push. The whole BMW of West St. Louis experience has been exceptional. Altogether, The dealership's service is outstanding as well, and my favorite part is the option of a loaner with pickup and dropoff of my car. That puts this dealership over the top, and I love telling my friends about that amazing bonus. For someone that has very little spare time, that level of service is huge. I've now leased 3 BMW's from them over the past 6 years, and from start to finish I have been thrilled. It's also a rare thing when you feel comfortable recommending a dealership to a good friend. I've done that multiple times without any reservations, and one friend that actually ended going there had the same fantastic experience as well. As long as BMW keeps making extraordinary cars, and BMW of West St. Louis keeps treating their customers like friends, I'll be a customer for life. More
