Kyle was great. We had a nail in our tire about 3 months after our 1st nail. He was able to get us a great price and back on the road quickly. We had a nail in our tire about 3 months after our 1st nail. He was able to get us a great price and back on the road quickly. More

I am writing to formally document my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service experience at your dealership. What began as a simple request for a quote turned into a masterclass in poor c dissatisfaction with the recent service experience at your dealership. What began as a simple request for a quote turned into a masterclass in poor communication and dangerous oversight. Unauthorized Diagnostic Fees: I brought my vehicle in strictly to get a quote on a sensor issue and explicitly asked how much it would cost to look at it. Instead of contacting me to authorize a diagnostic fee, your service department quietly billed me nearly $200 just to look at the car, only to return with a $1,500 repair estimate requiring the removal of the front bumper. Basic customer service requires obtaining authorization before performing billable work. Severe Technician Negligence: After picking up the vehicle, I drove back and forth to work for four days. My fiancé then checked under the hood and discovered that a technician had completely left a fluid cap off, leaving it resting to the side while fluid splashed and leaked all over my engine bay. Dismissive and Unsafe Resolution: When I called to report this dangerous oversight, I was told I needed to drive the car all the way back from North Port to Sarasota so you could inspect it. Expecting a customer to drive a potentially compromised vehicle due to your shop's negligence is staggering and unsafe. To top it all off, the vehicle was returned unwashed, promotional coupons provided beforehand were expired, and the entire interaction felt like an exercise in aggressive upselling rather than basic competence or care. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I expect a call from a general manager to address these unauthorized charges and the dangerous condition in which my vehicle was returned. More
