I had a pleasant experience at the BMW of Sarasota. This is the first time I received an audio-visual presentation on the repairs needed on 330 iX. This is the way to go. I came in for the starter recall but Kyle Rivera explained to me that how important to change my front right tire because of the 1mm tread on the edge. He had the tire on stock and I asked him for replacement and an alignment. It was a little bit a long wait but I was happy to get it done for safety. I had a chance to talk to Mark Cuffaro and he introduced me to the BMW dealer benefits. I enjoyed the first class coffee shop at BMW. Kudos for the entire team. Out of town with a flat tire in one of my two month old set of Michelin tires on my X5. Had the car towed into BMW of Sarasota.
