Kyle joined us in the Spring of 2018. Prior to becoming a Sales Professional here at MBH, he worked several years in the European parts business at Potomac German Auto. Kyle has vast knowledge in European vehicles, especially the Mercedes-Benz & BMW. Kyle not only has a vast knowledge in European vehicles, especially the ones coming out of Germany but he takes pride in promoting safe driving aspects too! Kyle currently resides in Frederick, MD. When not at work, Kyle likes to play music and take road trips. Since Kyle has been with us for only a short while, he's working towards his Mercedes-Benz Master Certification & seeing the Mercedes-Benz F1 Team racing in person.

Kyle helped me reserve the vehicle I was searching for over the phone and then contacted me when the vehicle arrived. MY WIFE AND I ARE NO STRANGERS BUYING NEW VEHICLES. OF ALL THE DEALERSHIPS, NEAR AND FAR, WE FOUND THE DEALERSHIP OF “MERCEDES-BENZ of HAGERSTOWN” TO BE THE MOST IMPRESSIVE! THE MINUTE WE ENTERED THE I OF ALL THE DEALERSHIPS, NEAR AND FAR, WE FOUND THE DEALERSHIP OF “MERCEDES-BENZ of HAGERSTOWN” TO BE THE MOST IMPRESSIVE! THE MINUTE WE ENTERED THE IMMACULATE SHOWROOM, A WELL-DRESSED AND MANNERED HOSTESS GREETED US AND ASKED HOW COULD THEY DIRECT/HELP US. WHILE WE WAITED FOR A REPRESENTATIVE, A CHOICE OF DRINK AND APPETIZER WAS OFFERED. JUST MINUTES LATER, THE REPRESENTATIVE, MR. KYLE SWANSON APPROACHED US AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF. MR. SWANSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCTS! HE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS ASKED OF HIM AND EVEN EXPANDED INFORMATION SO WE WOULD BE FULLY INFORMED. MR. SWANSON WALKED ALONG WITH US IN THE LOT, ANSWERING ALL QUESTIONS ASKED OF HIM. Kyle made this purchase a pleasure. He went out of his way to not only fairly price, test drive, explain features and meet my schedule on two occasions, but made it convenient for me dr He went out of his way to not only fairly price, test drive, explain features and meet my schedule on two occasions, but made it convenient for me driving from over 50 miles away. He stayed after closing to show me and my husband, first time Mecedes owners, computer operations to get me home safely in the dark. We left title transferred with permanent tags. I highly recommend this dealership, even if you have to travel. It was well worth the trip!!!!! Thanks again Kyle!!!! More

I would recommend buying a car from Kyle Swanson. He went out of his way to help me and brought the car to me. He took a lot of time showing me all of the bells and whistles.
