Kyle joined us in the Spring of 2018. Prior to becoming a Sales Professional here at MBH, he worked several years in the European parts business at Potomac German Auto. Kyle has vast knowledge in European vehicles, especially the Mercedes-Benz & BMW. Kyle not only has a vast knowledge in European vehicles, especially the ones coming out of Germany but he takes pride in promoting safe driving aspects too! Kyle currently resides in Frederick, MD. When not at work, Kyle likes to play music and take road trips. Since Kyle has been with us for only a short while, he's working towards his Mercedes-Benz Master Certification & seeing the Mercedes-Benz F1 Team racing in person.

We bought a pre-owned car here - and not a Mercedes! - and were still treated like gold! Kyle Swanson was patient and straight-forward in working with us, answering our many questions and not pressuring - and were still treated like gold! Top rated experience with not only the dealership, but more distinctively, Kyle, my sales rep... he was a rock star. I understand professionalism is a key factor in sales, but if you don't have a sense of more distinctively, Kyle, my sales rep... he was a rock star. I understand professionalism is a key factor in sales, but if you don't have a sense of humor and an excellent personality, you won't get my business, regardless of your attempts. Kyle went above and beyond 150% of my expectations, and we drove off with the exact vehicle I had my eyes on!! If you're in the market for new or used vehicle, go see Kyle at MBoH; tell him I sent you. And no, I am not a paid marketer - just a middle aged chic with a new ride.
