I recently bought a 2019 Audi S4 from Kia of Port Charlotte, and my experience was truly exceptional. Kyle Todd, my salesman, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. BEWARE! !! Bait and switch tactics. Pre-owned Sale Price online to get you into the dealer. Will not give you and out the door price without going in. Do not !! Bait and switch tactics. Do not expect to pay the normal "dealer fees" and add on fees such as "reconditioning fee", $1250 dealer fee and some other +$1000 i don't know what fees. These are not sales tax, tag, electronic fees, and such. I went in to see a vehicle they had advertised sale price of $34000. When they bring me the sale sheet had an additional $3800 reconditioning fee (mind you for a 1 year old car with 7k miles), $2750 dealer fee, plus the regular tax tag and all the other normal fees. The actual sale price fo the vehicle pretax / tag was about ended up being close to $40,000. Very Very Very misleading and unethical practices, which unfoturnately is so common these days with dealers. Typical Dealer xx, will not quote you out the door until you go in. so be prepared to get hammered by the sales manager. Stay away. I tried twice with them and both times was quite an unpleasant experience. They will not get a third chance out of me. AVOID More
