First let me say this. I loathe shopping for a new car. I would rather go for a root canal. So I have to tell you about the people that may have changed all that for good. I just bought a new Pilot from Roush and I have never had a better experience shopping for and buying a new car! Joel Skaggs greeted us at the front door and from beginning to end through about a week long period he made buying our new Pilot fun. Not once did we ever feel pressured. Not once did we ever feel like we were being “sold”. He was extremely patient with us and patiently answered all of our questions with the utmost integrity. Then when we were doing the paperwork he turned us over to our hometown guy Kyln Mitchell. He picked up right where Joel left off patiently explaining all of our options with financing, warranties, and service. I’ve never had a better experience buying a car! This was the most exceptional car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! Richard highlighted important information in the manual to review with us - even marking pages with post-it notes to make c wife and I have ever had! He sat with us in the car and went over every feature. We couldn’t believe this, but he even went out to the car we were trading in and wrote down all of our preset radio stations and set them up in the new car while we were in with the finance person. Speaking of finance, Kyln was great to work with! Richard was so thorough and made sure that a couple of issues with road rash on one of the rims and a nick in the paint on one of the mirrors was taken cate of before we left the lot. After we left, we reflected back on the many new car buying experiences we’ve had over the past 30 years of our marriage and we both agreed that this was the BEST!
