MY salesman was very good. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He asked me some questions as to what I may also wanted in a vehicle, then proceeded to located a vehicle. Just purchased our third CRV from Roush, first sold by Pat Hannahs and second two sold by Shawn Risner. No regrets. Talked to Shawn on Friday night and told him what I wanted. He didn't have the exact Pat Hannahs and second two sold by Shawn Risner. No regrets. Talked to Shawn on Friday night and told him what I wanted. He didn't have the exact model/color in stock, but arranged an appointment following Monday night to appraise the CRV I was trading. By Monday night, Shawn had the model/color I wanted and by closing time, Kyln and Shawn had me checked out and on my way home in my new 2020 CRV! Thanks everyone! More
