Toyota sent notification that my RAV4 has a battery recall, when I told the manager or tech head she told it not due yet Toyota will contact me again, I personally think that was bias because of accent More

I called the number 60 hours ago, first of all it goes to voicemail right away and secondly it’s a girl voice that is recorded. I left a voice message I never got any call back, I wrote a message also no response. Thank you
