That said, working with Lance and the rest of the team at Muller's stands out as the m I've fortunately never had a bad experience when buying a car. That said, working with Lance and the rest of the team at Muller's stands out as the most professional, helpful, organized and consultative experience that I've had. Lance was outstanding from our first contact. Due to my schedule and that of my wife, there was a lot of texting and emailing back and forth to get things lined up. Lance was never pushy or intrusive; when I'd request that he reach out to me on a certain day, that's exactly what he'd do. Additionally, the phone conversations we had prior to talking face-to-face were very consultative in nature, with Lance answering any early questions, as well as outlining any incentives/options that were going to play a role when we finally sat down in his office. When my wife and I came in to the dealership to look at our potential replacement vehicle, Lance was the courteous and helpful sales professional that I'd expected from our previous contacts. Additionally, he was very patient with the multiple MDXs that my wife wanted to look at. Once we settled on the vehicle we wanted, the negotiation process was stress-free, straight forward and entirely respectful. In the end we arrived at a price that was extremely fair. Myles continued the professional experience at Muller's; he knows what he's doing and moved us through the paperwork efficiently. Something that truly stands out with this experience was that once the paperwork was signed and the deal done, Lance's support and communication continued. He was very thorough in explaining any new features on the MDX and ensured that everything was setup to our liking. In the month that we've had the car, Lance has reached out two or three times via text or email to make sure that everything was going well and to see if we had any questions that had popped up. Lance is someone who obviously cares about his clients. This is the third Acura that we've leased from Muller's. Acura Financial has also proven to be an outstanding organization with great customer service. I had a couple of questions that popped up with this latest lease transition, but both Lance and AFS were quickly responsive to get my questions answered and ensure that my concerns were resolved. In closing, I've always been impressed with the quality of Acura's vehicles and the professionalism of Muller's. Lance has elevated that already high opinion even higher. My wife and I look forward to working with Lance and Myles again when it's time for our next lease. I highly recommend this team without reservation. More

Everyone from Scot I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I have been dealing with Muller Woodfield Acura since my first MDX in 2005. Everyone from Scott Muller, Chris Eugenis, Lance Dailey and Myles Bauer are all very professional, knowledgeable and cordial. It is such a pleasure to not have to deal with "MY SALES MANAGER" (closer) that many dealerships have. The service department is also EXCELLENT!! I don't even bother to "shop" for an ACURA. I have also sent a few of my friends to Muller's Woodfield ACURA. If you are interested in an ACURA this is the place. Jim More
