Needed new wipers and electric system checked on dashboard. Nice wipers were put on my car. They couldn’t find the electrical problem. If it continues I will bring it back. Amazing Bought a brand new 2019 Ram 1500 at another dealership, returned the following day to Lia as I kept hearing a loud noise from the front while driving. Bought a brand new 2019 Ram 1500 at another dealership, returned the following day to Lia as I kept hearing a loud noise from the front while driving. The service Techs from Lia insisted that everything was fine after test driving my brand new truck for 10 miles and having it checked for another hour. The loud metal grinding noise became worse, I scheduled a new appointment with Fuccocilo for the very next day and within 10 minutes the service technician was able to tell me that the bearings were bad, two days later they replaced them. I can only highly recommend this dealership!! More

Fuccillo in Amsterdam hits a home run!! I love my 2014 Jeep GC. It runs great. Looks great. Paid for. Still, 85,000 miles strong. But, I was afraid to think of inspection ..cuz ya never know I love my 2014 Jeep GC. It runs great. Looks great. Paid for. Still, 85,000 miles strong. But, I was afraid to think of inspection ..cuz ya never know when dealing with an "older" model. Right? Well, she passed with flying colors!! I attribute this achievement to the Jeep brand.and Fuccillo of Amsterdam for taking great care of us for the past 5 years. Thanks..by the way. I am a 70 yr old Gramma!! More

Longest wait ever Told when service appointment was made that it would take 1 hour. Service ended up taking more than 4 1/2 hours! No one ever came out to the waiting area to explain the delay, had to inquire myself. If I was told service would take this long I would have either left the car or asked for a car to be able to run errands. I nearly had to cancel an appointment scheduled 5 1/2hours after this one because the service was taking so long. More

Does not follow up/unresponsive to customer requests On a Wednesday, service dept fixed one problem and found another (cracked Flex pipe) - Lance indicated they could not fix at that time b/c it required On a Wednesday, service dept fixed one problem and found another (cracked Flex pipe) - Lance indicated they could not fix at that time b/c it required a part. I requested they contact me ASAP to schedule the repair. I followed up with phone call to service dept the next day, Lance was busy with a customer and Kathryn told me he would call me back - I told her I really want to schedule the repair of my flex pipe b/c it was very loud so to please call me back - Lance did not call back that day or the next. Still have not heard from them (it's now Tuesday). I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed (they fixed it the day I called). The sound of my exhaust due to this crack was obnoxious, louder than those cars/motorcycles that pay to have their vehicle exhausts loud - could not even hear the radio as I was driving down the road and could feel the vibrations through the floorboard and seats. As far Fucillo Service Dept knows - I am still driving around with a hole in my exhaust system - unacceptable. More
