Waste of time I set up an appointment with this dealer because I have a jeep and was told everything that needed to be fixed on my vehicle would be fixed that day h I set up an appointment with this dealer because I have a jeep and was told everything that needed to be fixed on my vehicle would be fixed that day however after sitting there for an hour I was told that they didn't have any of the parts to fix my vehicle after a total of three hours to drive to this place and taking a day off from work. I was then told they would have the parts tomorrow which doesn't do me any good being I have to work. I then asked if I could leave my car there and get a rental and pick up the next night. I was then told that they couldn't supply me with a rental. I was then asked to pay for them looking at my vehicle and doing absolutely nothing and wasting my time. I then got a quote from another jeep dealer which was significantly cheaper. So in summation waste of time and unprofessional. More

Unhappy! I purchased my car from there about 6 months ago.a week later the cars brake light came on. I am a single mother with a child in school so I couldn’t I purchased my car from there about 6 months ago.a week later the cars brake light came on. I am a single mother with a child in school so I couldn’t get it back there but I did let an associate know about the problem only to be looked at as if I were lying then on top of that I had to pay for brakes and a router. Upon purchasing the car there were minor things that needed to be fixed such as the gas tank not closing and the inside door compartments coming up and reveling wires. They assured me they would be fix with my first oil change and wasn’t know there trying to charge me to fix it for them. I will not recommended to anyone or do any further service there myself. More
