I came in with 2016 jeep for a 6000-mile checkup and I was told my bill would be $800.00 for a lease vehicle. Oil change, tire rotations, and emissions filter shouldn't cost that much considering I'm more renting the car than outright owning it. The worst part is the manager on the floor was pushing for it saying it MUST be done. Check, check, check that lease agreement because there are cheaper options available elsewhere. More

Disappointment and terrible feeling I am very disappointed in the salesman who made several statements and did not produce. There were several items that were never in the car among the I am very disappointed in the salesman who made several statements and did not produce. There were several items that were never in the car among them was the seat being able to fold into the floor. He promised to show me when the car was delivered but coincidently he was off that day. The salesman that gave me the car only did so half heartedly and did not know how the seat works. It is funny that someone can sell a product and not know anything about it. No mats were supplied with the car, no blue tooth, no USB port. All these items are supposed to be standard. More
