I have been a loyal customer for many years and have bought and had my vehicles serviced by this dealership. I like the online oil change specials and recommend them to everyone I know which is a lot of bought and had my vehicles serviced by this dealership. But I don’t like the xx shop fees that you charge everyone, which means you found another way to screw your customers out of more of their hard earned money. In my opinion you should stop charging those fees and advertise the fact that you don’t charge them while all of your competition is still charging them. I do have an ongoing issue with my truck ever since the day I purchased my truck it had a vibration that gets really bad between 65 and 80 miles per hour. After the last oil change and tire rotation it has gotten worse. I should’ve never bought the truck but was told it could be fixed, but it was never fixed correctly, just made better and I was forced to except their attempts to fix it. After 8-9 attempts I got tired of wasting my time. More
