I have dealt with your service department more than the salesman. Lance is my guy, he's alway wonderful and helpful. I appreciate him more with every interaction, just the best. She I absolutely amazing, I had a serious car issues and was losing my mind, she calmed me done and assured that everything was going to be just fine. In the end it was, she is amazing and made feel taken care of. I don't think she even understood what a blessing she was in that moment, I was 6 hours away from home with a car that went xxxx in the middle of the trip down (I hadn't even made it to my final destination) I was panicking severely, she was calm, soothing and I believed she was gonna all she could to help me. Thank you so much Lance and Tabatha, you make Lythia a good place to go. More
