I had an appointment, but had to wait -- standing! -- for over 30 minutes, while my assigned service agent finished with someone else. Hi Don, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. You’re absolutely right — having an appointment and then waiting over 30 minutes, especially while standing, is not acceptable. While our service system assigns customers to a specific advisor, that should never prevent another available advisor from stepping in to assist when delays occur. We missed an opportunity to provide better coverage and flexibility during your visit, and that’s on us — not the process and certainly not you. We are addressing this internally to ensure that when an advisor is tied up, another team member proactively assists customers who are waiting, regardless of assignment.
