Lance has been with Subaru of Gwinnett since 2010. He was honored with the Salesman of the Year for Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and 2013. Also in 2012 and 2013, Lance was recognized by Subaru of America with the prestigious Subaru Summit Peak Performer. Lance continues to show is passion for Subaru by driving a 2019 Subaru Outback. When Lance is not working, he loves anything to do with the outdoors and hanging out with his family. He has been married for 12 years and has a 6 year old daughter, Emily, and a 9 year old son, Ethan. Lance's son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, so he and his wife are strong autism advocates.

My First Subaru I had been wanting a Subaru for quite a while so my wife and I decided to test drive some. We headed to Subaru of Gwinnet and met Sebastian. The first I had been wanting a Subaru for quite a while so my wife and I decided to test drive some. We headed to Subaru of Gwinnet and met Sebastian. The first thing we noticed is she did not talk about or show us a car she wanted to sell. She asked us what we needed a vehicle to do for us and how we were going to use it. We test drove two Outbacks, one 4 cylinder and one 6 cylinder. Besides providing directions, Sebastian was also telling us about features in the cars. At one point we pulled into an empty parking lot and she asked me to check out the turning radius, which was surprisingly tight for a vehicle of that size. In the end, we decided to buy the 6-cylinder Outback since we pull a trailer with kayaks and a canoe. The engine and transmission deliver a smooth and powerful ride. The all-wheel-drive really provides a much better ride than 2 wheel drive vehicles. It's just one of those things you have to experience to understand. The whole buying experience was great, from working with Sebastian who was so knowledgeable about the different models to the final purchasing process. They were very cooperative and patient as it took a few days for us get our down payment in place. We love our Subaru and recommend Sebastian and Subaru of Gwinnet. More

I was very impressed that the sales team is available at those hours. Dad and I arrived at Gwinnett Subaru even before the doors opened at 9a, and the receptionist took very good care of us, inviting us to wait in a lovely waiting room and offering us coffee and water. Elizabeth not only was professional, but she also was friendly, well-informed about the particular car I wanted, and efficient in her handling of the paperwork. The finance manager, Lance Willhite, had just that day been promoted from the sales team, but he also was so good at his new job that I never would have known it was the first day he performed it. Both Dad and I tell everyone that this was absolutely the most pleasurable experience we ever have had at any car dealership. I could not be happier!!!" More

Great Sales experience Lance was very patient and answered our myriad of questions. Being an engineer and new father, my wife, daughter, and I took a lot of Lances's time (o Lance was very patient and answered our myriad of questions. Being an engineer and new father, my wife, daughter, and I took a lot of Lances's time (over a day and a half span) to make our decision to buy a new Forester. He new the product well and spoke from experience. Lance was low pressure and gave us our space to talk over details and/or change diapers. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and helped make us feel good about our decision. More

My 12 year old Subaru Legacy was need My husband and I arrived not long before closing time and met our salesman Lance Willhite who was expecting us. My 12 year old Subaru Legacy was needing repairs and I decided to look for a new Subaru instead - a Crosstrek. Lance listened to my "must haves" and took us on a test drive in a Crosstrek that was the color I wanted, with the Eyesite safety system on it. However, this Crosstrek did not have a sunroof and I wasn't sure I wanted Eyesite until we test drove the car. Lance's knowledge and enthusiasm about the Subaru technology sold me! I ended up in a Crosstrek XV in Desert Khaki rather than white, but I really love it and love the look! It has the Eyesite technology and a few extras too. I feel very safe in this vehicle and I love the way it rides. I can't wait to drive it each day and it's made my commute so much more enjoyable. Thank you Lance for your patience and for sharing your knowledge and love of Subaru vehicles with me and my husband! I look forward to many more years of Subaru driving. More

2016 Outback ** LOVE ** Best car buying experience! We had a great experience at Subaru of Gwinnett, and especially with Lance Willhite. I had contacted several dealerships in the Atlanta area requesti We had a great experience at Subaru of Gwinnett, and especially with Lance Willhite. I had contacted several dealerships in the Atlanta area requesting prices on both an Outback and a Crosstrek. We couldn't decide which we wanted. One dealership returned my online inquiry fairly quickly but couldn't answer some of my questions. Then we drove to the dealership closest to our home at 7:45 one evening (they close at 8:00 PM) only to see the employees walking to their cars to leave. They saw us and left anyway. Lance at Subaru of Gwinnett had answered our inquiry as well. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He made the car buying experience so easy and gave us a great price. He showed us both the Crosstrek and the Outback and helped us understand the differences in size and features, with absolutely no pressure to buy one over the other. We picked the Outback. The price was great, the paperwork and process were easy. We financed through the dealership as well and everything went smoothly. Lance was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend the dealership and encourage you to seek out Lance. More
