We started looking at many different makes and models when we found the new 2012 Subaru Impreza i2.0 HB. We dealt with numerous dealerships and salesmen over a two week period of time. We can tell you that by far, the contact with the Subaru of Gwinnett dealership and Lance Willhite especially were the best of all of our dealings during a stressful period in our lives! Lance was extremely friendly and professional by phone and email and when we arrived at the dealership for a test drive, we found all of the persons there to be friendly and sociable. We enjoyed our purchase of the car and you can not say that about too many dealerships and salesmen! More

He was supportive and enthusiastic, guiding us through what could have been an anxiety-evoking process. Instead, Lance made sure that we were constantly kept aware of the progress of our application, purchase and delivery of our new Subaru Impreza. There were no unforseen or unpleasant surprises. Lance handled everything superbly. We were not handed off to anyone else. He is the only one at the dealership that we dealt with. He was there when we submitted our first inquiry about the car and was on the phone when the car was delivered. We did not meet Mr. Willhite in person because he is in Georgia and we are in Connecticut. However, we felt that Lance was there with us at all times. He gave us a great deal on the new Impreza and had it delivered to our front door in impeccable condition. The same delivery truck picked up our trade-in for the trip back to Georgia. The new Impreza is everything we hoped for. It is flawless and was obviously examined by Mr. Willhite before it left Atlanta. On the day the car was delivered, Zora stepped out on the front porch, saw that beautful new Subaru and exclaimed, "That was as easy as ordering a pizza!" We are completely satisfied with the car that we purchased from Subaru of Gwinnett/Atlanta. And every time we talk about our car-buying experience, we will say something nice about Lance Willhite. I bought a Forester in 2003 from Subaru of Gwinnett. My experience with them, both sales and service over the years has been totally positive. Unlike other car dealers I've dealt with, they treat you as a experience with them, both sales and service over the years has been totally positive. I bought another Forester today 10/22/11 because the car is awesome and the dealership is top notch. They gave me a price that beat Cars Direct, then gave a further discount for being a previous Subaru owner. We came to have a car serviced and ended up buy a car as well. We have been using SOG for service for quite some time even though it is a 25 mile drive for us. The staff and the service have been well wor well. We have been using SOG for service for quite some time even though it is a 25 mile drive for us. The staff and the service have been well worth the time and distance. We always feel welcome when we arrive. Staff are warm and friendly, but they are also very professional. Any problems are explained clearly and solutions are offered. They also point out when a problem is not urgent and could wait for a future visit. (Although she was not there on the day of this particular visit, we have also worked with Jill Thurston.) We ended up buying our second Subaru during this visit. We had been thinking about it for some time. As it happened, the right car was on the lot on this day. Lance Willhite was great to work with. Lots of good information but no pressure. Jennifer Chupp made the paperwork process most along quickly and smoothly. I usually hate the car buying experience, but not this time. I left the dealership feeling really happy about the purchase instead of frustrated (like I do in a high-pressure sales situation). I don't intend to buy another car soon, but if that time comes, it will be a Subaru and SOG is where I will go. More

My family's buying experience at Subaru of Gwinnett was great. He was willing to answer EVERY question that was asked and explained each feature of the Subaru Outback. There was no pressure whatsoever to "make the deal today" during our exchange. That was a very comforting facet of our visit. My family was just looking to see what type of vehicle we wanted to replace our Honda Accord with and truly had no intention of buying on the day of the visit. The atmosphere of the dealership provided a level of buying comfort that convinced my family to make a purchase on our very first visit. My brother has been a long-time Subaru owner and has maintained a service relationship with Subaru of Gwinnett for many years. He convinced my wife and I to take a look at the new Outback and specifically mentioned this dealership. Our expectations were high and each was not only met, but exceeded by our salesman, Lance. The only reason the "Price" score is a 4 and not a 5 is because we did not have time to shop and compare the price we received from this dealership to other Atlanta Subaru dealers. With that said, I believe quality service is more important than a few dollars savings at another dealer. I look forward to working with the service department and I will consider this dealership for future vehicles. I will certainly give Lance my business when I purchase my next Subaru.....probably for my children. More
