He helped my wife get very comfortable with the Outback. He understands the product extremely well and put Jan at ease very quickly. No pressure, put up with our multiple trips very well and even with me forgetting the title for the cat we were trading in didn't faze him at all. Would recommend Lance to anyone - and we rreally like the Outback as well !! More
