Lance has been with Subaru of Gwinnett since 2010. He was honored with the Salesman of the Year for Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and 2013. Also in 2012 and 2013, Lance was recognized by Subaru of America with the prestigious Subaru Summit Peak Performer. Lance continues to show is passion for Subaru by driving a 2019 Subaru Outback. When Lance is not working, he loves anything to do with the outdoors and hanging out with his family. He has been married for 12 years and has a 6 year old daughter, Emily, and a 9 year old son, Ethan. Lance's son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, so he and his wife are strong autism advocates.

PUrchase of 2014 Subaru Outback What a great car buying experience. Lance Willhite (sales) is very knowledgeable about the Subaru product. Very professional and not pushy. I first spoke with him last July about a Subaru Outback but decided to purchase another vehicle (which I sold after 8 months). I went back to Lance and purchased the Outback. I can't say enough good things about this guy; he made my car buying experience extremely pleasant. To find a sales person that actually knows the product they sell is a rarity in this day and age, but Lance certainly knows the Subaru product. If you are in the market for any Subaru vehicle or a used vehicle I urge you to check out Subaru of Gwinnett and speak with Lance. Also, Mike Anderson, Finance Manager was great to work with, not high pressure at all and the finance process was very quick! Great overall experience at this dealership! More

LOVE my new Crosstrek XV!! best new car experience EVER! I had asked around and Subaru was regularly commended to me as a great car. I went to TrueCar.com and learned about best pricing. Got my trade-in independently evaluated, then, and only then, did I consider test drives. I went on Saturday, test drove and fell in love with the vehicle! Lance Willhite found one with the color and options I wanted, and it was ready for me on Monday. Even though they were very busy with month end traffic, I felt warmly welcomed to the dealership and was walked through the steps to get me into my new car, with no rush or fuss. I can honestly recommend the folks at Subaru of Gwinnett from Mike in the finance office and every single person I came into contact with. I cannot thank Lance enough for every thing he did to make this such a pleasant experience. I drove home with a full tank of gas and confidence that I was familiar with the new controls of the vehicle. I cannot say enough about my experience with Subaru of Gwinnett. Lance Willhite made new car shopping a pleasure when I expected to be a nightmare. Friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He had the cars heated up and ready for me to test drive during my lunch hour each time respecting my limited time and providing excellent customer service. The sales price negotiation with Jennifer and Lance was fair, quick and I never felt pressured. We had a great experience at Subaru of Gwinnett working with Lance Willhite. We were shopping for a Subaru Forester and other comparable vehicles from competing brands. We price shopped utilizing other dealers and the Costco auto-program, and Lance was very patient with all this and successfully competed for and won our business. We purchased a car with a lot of options including customized aftermarket leather, and all these items were taken car of with out a hitch, exactly according to our specifications. Your dealership was the most responsive to my purchase inquires. Lance Willhite was a true professional and most attentive to our questions on selected vehicles for purchase. His overall demeanor led us to purchase a 2014 Outback. Additionally, Jim Heet, handled my initial visit to the dealership while Lance was on his day off. Jim was excellent in showing me additional vehicles that more suited my taste. Jim was not the initial sales contact, Lance was, but Jim attended to assist me in a test drive and sales questions as if I was his customer. That was impressive and it led me to contact Lance the next day to seal a purchase of a Outback, limited model. That was true teamwork and in my 40 years of purchasing various vehicles , I had never seen such service . In addition, the Finance Manger, Mike Anderson,was most professional and expedited the processing of or financing in a very professional manner, never using high pressure tactics for warranty sales, and other add on products. He explained everything clearly and never pressured us to purchase additional add on items. Mike, even helped us save some money after explaining in his opinion on what best suited our needs regarding extended warranty programs. Mike could have easily stayed quite and it would have cost us several hundred additional dollars for necessary warranty coverage based on our needs. That was impressive! I will highly recommend Suburu of Gwinnett to my friends regarding my experience and especially in regards to Lance, Jim and Mike who exemplify. the best in salesmanship.
