This time the service went pretty quick and I received my
car back earlier than expected. Versus last time was quite the opposite. I gave a 4, as I felt that the staff wasn't very welcoming. The girl who saw

Leave the key on the dashboard.' No 'hello', no nothing. No instructions either on what to do next, until I asked. When I walked in, I didn't receive a 'hello' or 'welcome', while there were at least four employees without a customer. No smiles! Landon was the only one asking if he could help. With luck he was my rep. Hector, who returned my car from the car wash, was very pleasant and kind. I didn't appreciate how the lady, same one as mentioned above, talked to him though. She actually interrupted the one person who was genuinely kind from performing proper customer service. Suggest staff receives some customer service training. Take it from a former HR.
