Had a phenomenal experience purchasing my pre owned Golf GTI from Richard and the entire staff at BMW of Tenafly. Richard was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn’t GTI from Richard and the entire staff at BMW of Tenafly. Richard was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn’t a BMW. That showed that he genuinely cares about what he does, and truly puts in effort to make his clients comfortable with their purchase. I received an extremely fair no haggle price, and got a phenomenal value for my trade in. The credit application process was extremely smooth, Richard was very informative during it, and the rate I received was phenomenal. Landon in the finance office was also very pleasant to work with. He too was very knowledgeable and made the finance part a very good experience. They even stayed after closing to ensure that everything was covered and done right, and that was very appreciated. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle. More
