This is the second time in less than a year in which my family purchased from BMW of Tenafly's CPO BMW X fam total pros and a pleasure to work with! This is the second time in less than a year in which my family purchased from BMW of Tenafly's CPO BMW X family of cars (X3 and X5, respectively) and (my now my youngest has her eyes on the X1!) It was outstanding and I would recommend the dealership (and have) and also would tell you to ask for Euna Wilson - she is the best!! She is professional, positive and pleasant. She knows the product and is enthusiastic about the BMW product and brand. When an employee feels good about their job - it shows and she is that person. She believes in each person having the best experience and she does just that. She is busy but her follow up and answering questions is on point. She represents the dealership and BMW so well. If it was not for her, I would no longer be a BMW customer. The other dealership I had leased my cars from did not value the customer and did not follow up consistently so going to a dealership out of the state of my residence or place of employment means that they are doing a good job and worth the travel and they are! She is thorough and eager to make sure the customer is satisfied in the selection of the car you want and customer service.
