I was lucky to to be matched with Ernesto who didn’t pressure me at all and made it a very easy car buying experience. I was looking for a specific CPO BMW 430i x drive that only this dealership had. It wasn’t even out of the warehouse yet and Ernesto did everything in his power to get the car out to the lot and let me just say when he did I knew that was my car! I test drove it and fell in love immediately, I didn’t even have to visit any other BMW dealers after coming here. I will say since I purchased my vehicle I’ve been browsing just to compare the deal I got & have yet to see any other dealer offer the car with the same specs and such low mileage for the price I paid. Ernesto will treat you like respect and great dignity whether you’re the wealthiest person or not and have you feeling like family which I truly loved about working with him. Last but not least I have to share how great and easy it was to get my financing together with Landon. Even though it’s a business deal you’re doing when dealing with him it feels less formal and more of a great personal experience. I’ve purchased vehicles in the past and this was 1 of the easiest financing process I’ve been through. He sat down and explained all the coverages I’ll have with the vehicle and provided options for when my CPO warranty is up in 17 months. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that’s looking to purchase a great quality BMW, thank you everyone at BMW Of Tenafly for getting me into a great car! More
