The dealership is nice and the staff is friendly up until you give them your signature. After that, they avoid you. I left paying 14K in unknown fees. Michelle told me the car I inquired about online was available, so I drove to the dealership that day only to find out it wasn't available. Luckily, there was another car on the lot that met the specifications I was looking for. The buying process was way too long. I was there for over four hours and had to come back the next day to pick up the car I purchased. I was originally told it would be ready the day I was there and signed papers. Overall, not a great experience, and, I have received zero customer service or response to my emails since my purchase. At this point, I can't say I will be a return customer - nor would I recommend you to friends or family. More
