Lawrence Greco is a classic salesman. I purchased a new vehicle with him. He was very attentive at the beginning, until the sale was completed then tried contacted him with a few issues/concern never retur vehicle with him. Worst ever customer service experience buying a car I was strung along for days, after carefully verifying inventory and making an appointment to view 2 cars. I confirmed my appointment the morning of, and texted to confirm the vehicles were at the dealer, before making my near 2 hour trip. I was clear that I was going to make a purchase and got confirmation of both cars being there and waiting. When I showed up, 1 of the cars had been sold 2 days prior (a day that Larry told me would be impossible to get the car out of storage, otherwise I would have come that day) and the 2nd car was purchased literally as I arrived in the showroom. Complete waste and total disregard for the value of my time. More
