Larry Henderson created such a wonderful experience for us and is truly one-of-a-kind! It was such a fun day and I was able to get exactly what I wanted with my new car. He also matched my Carmax deal for us and is truly one-of-a-kind! It was such a fun day and I was able to get exactly what I wanted with my new car. He also matched my Carmax deal for a trade-in, which was so convenient that I didn’t have to make an additional stop. He also made sure the car was clean, had a full tank of gas, my license plate frames were on, everything was ready for me to drive off, etc. Finally, he took a picture of me with my new car and a bow! It’s these little things that mean so much! Larry and Debbie were so patient, kind, and cared for me and my financial situation. This was my first time buying a car in 15 years in part because I really dislike the buying process. While that is still true, I must say that my experience at Tustin Mazda really was excellent. Larry was because I really dislike the buying process. While that is still true, I must say that my experience at Tustin Mazda really was excellent. Larry was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and easy going. Everyone else I interacted with was very nice. The process was very smooth and didn't even cost me my whole day. I really appreciated that Larry took the time to give me a full tour of all my new car's features before I drove off. I would definitely return to Tustin Mazda and Larry if I am ever in the market for another Mazda. More
