In addition, Becky D'Andrea in the service department made arrangements to provide me with a complimentary loaner while they diagnosed my previous vehicle and allowed me to keep the loaner for two weeks while Larry and I completed the purchase of the new vehicle. For the second time in 3 years Larry went out of his way to find the exact vehicle I was looking for and arranged to have it transferred to Rizza. An incredibly smooth and fast, no haggling experience from start to finish. Felix Vasquez was also super helpful and great to work with, clearly explaining the intricacies of warranties and financing options. We accomplished negotiations both by phone and at dealership. There were no surprises. A special thanks to Jim Allegretti who assisted with the finalities. Felix in finance did a great job explaining and laying out the options I had in terms of service and coverage. Larry Papp kept in good contact with me and kept me up to date on all the rebates as my lease came to term's end. Lastly, I had the pleasure of working with Al Nizik on this lease deal, and Al is a true car-guy and knows how to meet the customer's vehicle needs and expectations. More
