Didn't inflate tires and no finger or xxxxxxx mark's lugnuts Almost $80.00 dollars for a.oil change. Didn't get all promised services. Your service is terrible. I bought cars from Rizza for 45 years. The salesman, Larry Papp was recommended to us by a friend and from the start, we saw Larry was very friendly, honest, forthright and a real, no nonsense kind of guy! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed us all the features and benefits and was most helpful during the delivery of the car, demonstrating and helping us set up the phones, home link etc. Working with the finance man, Felix Vasquez, was also great, and we found him to be trustworthy as well. From this positive experience, it looks like we will be Rizza customers for life! More

My Rizza Experience I used Rizza Cadillac online inventory to help choose the Cadillac XT5 that I was interested in buying. I was given salesman Larry Papp’s name by my b I used Rizza Cadillac online inventory to help choose the Cadillac XT5 that I was interested in buying. I was given salesman Larry Papp’s name by my brother whom had also sold my brother his Cadillac XT5. The deal was done quickly, professionally and hassle free. Joe Uccardi took care of the financing and answered any questions that I had. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Rizza Cadillac to everyone. More
