Liars. I hope that people will avoid purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They did 3 credit pulls, but did not pull from the pre- approved lender I hope that people will avoid purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They did 3 credit pulls, but did not pull from the pre- approved lender. The rate they got for the loan was terrible! I take responsibility for signing, but fortunately I was able to immediately refinance with the pre-approval lender and got an excellent interest rate and lower payment on a shorter term loan. This dealership employs people who are sharks. More

This is the 2nd Jetta I have purchased from Lkld VW. Hiram is a knowledgeable, great salesman. He helped me with my first Jetta in 2010 and I called upon him to help me with this 2024 Jetta. Yes, I had Hiram is a knowledgeable, great salesman. He helped me with my first Jetta in 2010 and I called upon him to help me with this 2024 Jetta. Yes, I had the first one for 14 years. He explained all options available to me and answered all my questions. And there were a lot! Every person is friendly and willing to help. I’ve used the service department for over 20 years.
