I made an appointment for a test drive and when I arrived the vehicle was waiting for me with the air running. My salesman knew the vehicle inside and out. I fell in love with the safety & technology features and the way the 2019 Atlas drove. My husband was not with me, so I told my salesman (Trey Chapman) I’d talk to my husband and hopefully I’d be back the next day. Trey went the extra mile and made a video of the vehicle I was interested in so I could show my husband; that was definitely a first for me! Was slightly disappointed with how hard gap insurance was pushed by our finance guy, was brought up two times after I declined and questioned that since I was in accounting myself didn’t I know what a bad decision I was making. Kinda ruined the very pleasant experience I was having with the dealership. I understand gap insurance is important but my decision shouldn’t be questioned multiple times, there are other options without pursuing insurance through the financing department. More
