Every time we’ve had a great experience, felt we were treated honestly and fairly, and appreciated the genuineness of the whole staff. Brad is our go-to guy and everytime has made sure we know and understand the car we are buying, the numbers being crunched on the final price, and that he is available to answer any future questions at any time via phone or email, an option we’ve utilized a few times! Along with Brad, the managers, finance department, and service department have always shown the utmost professionalism and exemplified a solid team. They assured all the tires were in great shape, but when I got there I found that the 2 front tires were worn bad on the inside wheel and needed replacement, however you couldn’t see if the wheels were straight, only If cocked sideways. When I pointed out, they dropped the price to compensate for replacing both tires, which I was impressed because we had already determined the sale price, but he honored what he had oringinally said on tires being in good condition. All in all great experience More
