Always takes care of us Whenever I'm in need of service on one of our vehicles, Larry gets a call. He is always professional and takes care of things. I've been using Long Mac service for years and if something is going to be more than was discussed, I get a call. At the end of the day, when a vehicle needs fixed and/or serviced it has to be done and I trust Larry to get things handled and not take me to the cleaners. What more can you ask of a service department? More

Great Service and Larry is great to work with Larry is very professional and always willing to work with me to accommodate my schedule. He does a great job of explaining what needs to be repaired Larry is very professional and always willing to work with me to accommodate my schedule. He does a great job of explaining what needs to be repaired and keeps me updated on the progress of the repair. I really appreciate how he works with me to make sure that I have the option to complete the repairs that are truly necessary at the time and how he explains any other repairs that will be needed down the road and then lets me decide if I want to have the repairs that can be done later completed at the time it was discovered or wait for a later time. He works very hard to make sure that I have my vehicle back in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Larry to help anyone with their service needs. More

Super friendly and wonderful to work with Larry is amazing to work with. He bends over backwards every time to accommodate me and my busy schedule. I know I'm not the only busy person around, Larry is amazing to work with. He bends over backwards every time to accommodate me and my busy schedule. Fantastic group of people to work with and great at keeping me updated about what's going on. Gets me in and out quickly and willing to give me a ride if they are going to take longer than what I can wait. More

Issues with recall, blown fuse 2nd time Was told it would take an hour to get it fixed of coarse it took 2 hours. When asked what was going on. I wasn't the happiest person. Larry said what would you like me do fix it or not. Wasn't pleased with his customer service. Being frustrated and him not being understanding was not a great blend. I left very upset. I just never have been a fan of this place and needing them to fix my car under warranty. And on top of that wanted me to pay for the fuses when we've had this issue before bc of a recall. Just wasn't pleased with the service. More

Very poor service Had my 2006 mustang in for service in June 2017 ,engine light and rinch light we're both on . Larry in service said they but it on 5 different machine Had my 2006 mustang in for service in June 2017 ,engine light and rinch light we're both on . Larry in service said they but it on 5 different machines and said no problems ,they turn them off and then the next day they turn on again ,took it in again,they did it again,the same thing is still happening in February 2018, went back again got charged 150.00 it still is happening,was told this time to drive it they can't fix it,was told they don't know what was wrong was definitely taken by this dealership. More

Great experience! Darrin Smith went above and beyond to find the vehicle we needed. We found a vehicle in OK and he had a driver go and get it the next day. He made sure that it was cleaned up and provided excellent customer service. HE DOES NOT PRESSURE YOU INTO BUYING like other car salesmen. He listens to what you need and want before looking for the perfect vehicle. I will no longer shop at any car dealerships other than Long McArthur because of Darrin. He was a pleasure to work with and we know if we need anything in the future he will always go the extra mile to help. Larry Smith works in the service department and was very helpful as well. He is willing to go the extra mile as well and works on the customer's time rather than the dealership's time. His customer service was outstanding and we look forward to working with him when our vehicles need serviced. More
