Jerry Johnson was great he was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Almost everyone else represented your dealership very well. The experience I had a problem with, was during the finance part. That and knowledgeable. Almost everyone else represented your dealership very well. When I told him I do all my own maintenance work, he got grumpy and threatened me, with you can not do all of the work and only Ford could do the work, because of all the computer stuff. I told him that was my profession, as well as vehicle work, He persisted to push, and not accept what I told him. That was disappointing!! We have used Tousley/ AutoNation for our purchases over our lifetime, but I was overall impressed with Luther! More
