Won't refund the cost of my cancelled service contract I bought a car and a vehicle service contract from Herb Chambers Honda of Boston in January 2019. I however cancelled the vehicle service contract bef I bought a car and a vehicle service contract from Herb Chambers Honda of Boston in January 2019. I however cancelled the vehicle service contract before I took delivery of my vehicle a few days later. I was told that the entire purchase price of the contract would be refunded to the bank that had financed both the vehicle and the vehicle service contract. Now, about 3 months after I cancelled the vehicle service contract, the refund has still not been issued. I have contacted several people at Herb Chambers, including: Keith, the sales representative who sold me the vehicle; Habib, the financial person who sold me the vehicle service contract; the sales floor manager; and the accounting department. I have found this company to be very unresponsive to my inquiries. I submitted a complaint to BBB three weeks ago and the company has not responded to my complaint. I will have to report them to the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's office. It is very disappointing that I have to go to these lengths to get a simple refund. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Trevor, Alfredo, and Lascelle took their time and explained every step of the way for me. I bought my CR-V almost one month ago and Trevor has followed up/stayed in contact with me through emails, phone calls, and even text! Yanique and Ginger went above and beyond! They stayed late to help me with registration and getting plates for my SUV. Everyone always had a smile on their face and was available to help. Our salesman, Taylor Lee, was very patient, knowledgeable, and explained things very well. I never felt rushed or in any way pressured to purchase. I got the payment plan that I wanted and the APR that I wanted. Car shopping can be intimidating, but Taylor immediately put me at ease. I've purchased at other dealers before, and while they were good, Herb Chambers takes many extra steps to show the buyer is valued. Without reservation, I recommend Herb Chambers to everyone. And look for Taylor! More
