In financing I asked about that fee and I was told it’s a fee to get the truck ready to sell. As far as changing oil all filters and all fluids. A few days later after the purchase I open hood and check fluids and oil was super black. Windshield fluid was at half. I checked air filter and it was the same old filter and had leaves in the box where the air filter was. The cabin filter is also the same. So why the charge if nothing was done to the truck? As it is $1,200 for that is way overpriced. And to find out nothing was done is worse. A full service to truck should be done by dealer if I got charged for it.
